Marcin Kalisz, Piast Cargo Branch Manager said: “We selected P3 Piotrków as our new central warehouse location in Poland, because of its strategic position at the heart of this market and proximity to a number of our clients and business partners. The park also offered the most modern cargo handling facilities and high sustainability standards.”

Piast Cargo already operates from three warehouses in Poland and has its own transport fleet providing supply chain solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, as well as packing services for the automotive industry and other sectors.

Andrzej Wroński, P3 Country Head Poland said: “We are delighted that Piast Cargo has selected P3 Piotrków to accommodate the expansion in its logistics business, while also creating around 20 new jobs for the local community. This was a logical choice as Piotrków sits at the geographical centre of Poland and is an important nexus for the main national highways.”

P3 Piotrków is located in Piotrków Trybunalski, at the junction of Poland´s A1 motorway with the E75 and E67 major highway routes. Construction of the park began in 2008 and its largest tenants are FM Logistic, Integer, Erontrans and Kuehne + Nagel. While all existing buildings at the location are now fully let, there are still 520,000 m² of build-to-suit opportunities in Piotrków.
