The expansion of the local team follows P3’s acquisition of 11 logistics parks with 58 buildings and adjacent land, as well as a further 125,000 square meters of industrial development land, in the Czech Republic last year.
Michal Navrátil (33) studied Construction Administration and Management at the Czech Technical University in Prague. After graduation, he worked in project management for International Automotive Associates and Subterra. Later he served as a real estate specialist with Orco Prague and Knight Frank and spent over a year on a NATO-led ISAF (International Security Assistance Force) mission as a reconstruction team member in Afghanistan. Michal Navrátil is married, speaks fluent English, and likes to spend his free time traveling and pursuing active sports.
Libor Chyška (46) studied at Charles University and the National Institute for Education (NVI) in Prague. Afterwards he worked with AVIA as Facility & Property Manager and with Hypoteční banka. Libor Chyška speaks fluent English and has conversational Russian. His free time is dedicated to family life, adrenalin sports and design.
