The first phase of the 80,000 m² development comprises 21,500 m². Nearly 8,000 m² of this is to be occupied by Green Factory Logistics, which currently occupies another building at P3 Błonie. One of the leading operators in the cold chain logistics market, Green Factory Logisitcs is expanding after just two years as a P3 customer at the park.

Its new energy efficient building is being developed on a turnkey basis designed to meet Green Logistics’ specific requirements. These include cooling units and separate access for vehicles. The Green Factory space is also equipped with additional roof insulation, heat recovery systems and LED lighting. Green Logistics is due to gain early access in March 2017, ahead of the completion of its space in April.

Piotr Pietrzykowski, President of the Management Board of Green Factory Logistics, said: “Not only is P3 Blonie park in a great location, but we also have a strong relationship with P3 and know that they deliver high quality buildings. Due to rapid growth of our company, we needed more space designed to our specific requirements. I believe that this partnership will be successful for both P3 and for Green Factory Logistics.”

Magda Kilijańska, P3’s Senior Leasing Manager in Poland, said:

“There is a high level of demand for warehouse space in Błonie, so we have decided to build part of this warehouse on a speculative basis. As a result, we will be in a position to offer new A-class logistics space to existing and new customers.

“We acquired this park last January. Soon afterwards we had agreed new leases and lease renewals on more than 90,000 m² of space. Earlier this year we purchased an additional 20,500 m² building which is currently fully let to one tenant.“

Green Factory Logistics provides distribution services to fish, meat, fruit and vegetable processing, dairy, ready-made meals and HoReCa (hotel/restaurant/café) sector suppliers. The quality of Green Factory Logistics’ services is demonstrated by its IFS Logistic and HACCP certificates as well as a veterinary approval number for the warehouse and stock.

P3 Błonie park is located 27 km west from Warsaw, at the intersection of National Route 92 with Highway A2 (which is part of European transit route E30). There are 14 buildings at the park, where tenants include Wilshire Holding, IBM, Europapier and Triumph.
