The new building, which will provide modern working environment for the firm's 90 employees, will comprise over 5,841 m² of warehouse space, featuring special loading ramps and energy-saving technologies, as well as 1,250 m² of modern offices.

"Barvy a Laky Hostivař’s decision to join the tenant line up at P3 Prague Horní Počernice after so long in its previously location is a real vote of confidence in the fast growing park," says P3's Country Head for the Czech Republic Tomáš Míček. "Horní Počernice is easily accessible for most of the firm's business partners and suppliers. At the same time, this long established Czech company will now have its base of operations next to such renowned brands as IKEA, Alza.cz, and others."

"When it was built, nearly 79 years ago, our complex in Hostivař was an highly advanced facility that distributed goods to all parts of Eastern Europe. The relocation of our office and distribution centre is an important step for Barvy a Laky Hostivař that has been thoroughly planned and considered," comments Dariusz Jakubowicz, Chairman of the Board of Directors. "Our intention was to move to modern administrative and warehouse space. The P3 park in Horní Počernice meets all of our requirements, with an excellent location and highly developed infrastructure. We believe that this change will further optimise our distribution operations, allowing our goods to get to store shelves and to customers faster than ever before."

The P3 Prague Horní Počernice park is located in the Prague-East district, 15 minutes from downtown Prague near Exit 3 on the R10 expressway that connects Prague with Germany. The facility is well served by public transport. A railway station is located at less than a kilometre away.

Construction of the park, which currently includes 28 buildings, began in 2006. The most important tenants include Alimpex Food, Alza, Coca-Cola, Datart, DSV, Ikea, MD Logistika, Pet Center, PNS, RTR, and Wavin.
