About the park

One of the largest logistics parks in western Poland. P3 Poznan park is located south of Poznan, near the S11 dual carriageway which connects with the A2 motorway and provides access to Warsaw in the east and to Berlin in the west. Construction of this park commenced in 2008 and, currently, it consists of eight buildings with the potential for 12 buildings. There are two roads leading to the P3 Poznan park which guarantee comfortable access to the park. The three largest customers of the park are PF Logo Express, Zaparoh, CEVA Logistics, British American Tobacco, Clipper Logistics, Colian Logistic.


About the region

The property is located in Robakowo, approximately 16.5 km from the center of Poznan. The city is located in the Wielkopolskie Lake District, on the Warta River, in Western Poland and is the historical capital of Wielkopolska. It is an important road and railway junction, and the Poznan-Lawica International Airport is also located here. Poznan is a center of industry, trade, logistics and tourism. The property is very well connected. Five roads of national importance meet at the intersection in Poznan, i.e. the S5 and S11 motorways, the A2 motorway parallel to the national road No. 92 and the national road No. 32 ending in Steszew near Poznan.
